This note is to inform you that a Food Service Management
Company was omitted from the Approved Vendor List on the
CD's mailed to your locations last week. AWF, LLC Food
Services Group is an approved vendor within the State of
Texas. There have also been some contact and address changes
on this list.
In addition, there have been some numeric changes on page 3
of the Instructions (to Request for Proposal and Contract)
for Re-Bid and New Bid contracts.

List and the revised Instructions (to Request for Proposal
